A shift to a truly happy, diverse and inclusive culture increases engagement, performance and revenue.

Challenge

Becoming the CEO of a Fortune 100 company presents the challenge of maintaining and further strengthening the organization. We were asked to help improve the diversity of talents and inclusive culture of an industry leader across all the level of its organization.

 Insights

Senior leaders and mid-level managers were the targets of the CEO and using our methodology and process, the decision making of each, according to their preferences in management style and execution, were analyzed.

Surprisingly what was found was that the organization was in dire need to adopt a behavioral talent strategy. The relentless focus on execution was linked to the mind-set "I owe my success to myself only" and needed to shift to "We succeed together, when I succeed you succeed, together we deliver better services.

Impact

The shift in truly inclusive and collaborative processes and decision making helped the Fortune 100 increase their engagement, their performance and their revenue.
