A detailed data mining strategy using our proprietary process, revealed that to attract and retain more happy and diverse talents, the organization needed to adapt its recruitment and separation system by enlarging the pool of applicants in the organization and allowing the company to create an impeccable exit strategy for its alumni. To maximize impact, specific nudges, based on performance data stretching back for years, were implemented within the system to optimize the decision-making process.
